This Terms of Service is a binding agreement between you the user and TE Profits (also known as Traffic Exchange Profits or "TEP"). Acceptance of
service implies consent to this agreement, as well as future updates, alterations or changes to this agreement.
AGE Limit
You agree that you are the age of 18 or older.
Commissions
Commissions will be paid to you through AlertPay, PayPal or SolidTrustPay by contacting TE Profits support in the members area. You must have a commission balance of $20 minimum to receive payout unless you choose automatic commissions via AlertPay. By entering a valid AlertPay address in your TE Profits account details, commissions earned from the previous month will be paid automatically on the 15th of the current month via AlertPay.
Number of Accounts
You agree to only create 1 account.
EMAILS
By joining TE Profits YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS UP TO EVERY 24HRS FROM admin@teprofits.com. Please add this email address to your
address book and mark all emails from admin@teprofits.com as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates,
commissions info etc. Again, these emails may be for updates, account issues, TE Profits promotions or anything that TE Profits needs to relay to all
members.
No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed
If your email address bounces or sends back TE Profits a message with an autoresponder,
you risk having your account deleted. All referrals and COMMISSIONS will be lost if your account is deleted.
Copyright
All content included on TE Profits websites, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, video clips
and software, is the property of TE Profits or its content suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
TE Profits retains sole discretion regarding the use and display of pages on the website. No part of this website may be reproduced by any means without
written permission from the authors.
Liability
TE Profits does not warrant that the website and service will be error free or uninterrupted. The website and service is
distributed on "as is" basis without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied.
TE Profits will not be responsible for any losses, damages or costs that you and/or your business may suffer when using the website or service. You agree to
indemnify and hold harmless TE Profits from any claims resulting from the website or service.
It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Commission payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly
entered id is your responsibility.

Policies
All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of TE Profits. We reserve the right to modify, add or change any
policies as we deem necessary at any time. All members agree that they will not hold TE Profits liable for any items or policies within this program.
Refunds
A TE Profits membership "upgrade" is available within the members area for a low one-time payment. The upgrade includes digital products from 3rd party sources along with additional marketing materials provided by TE Profits. Due to the nature of the products included in the upgrade, no refunds can be given.
Once you have completed any purchase at the TE Profits site, you acknowledge that you have read these terms fully and voluntarily agree to be bound by these terms which include a zero refund policy, and that you expressly agree to forego any and all refund claims.
SPAM POLICY
TE Profits has a zero tolerance for spam.
Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include the TE Profits
name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list
builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.
This Anti-Spam Policy Notice governs the use of the web page at and its associated services, web pages, domains and sub-domains, which are owned and
operated by Scott Douglas ("Owner"). Wherever this Notice refers to "users" it means "you", while "we" or "our" refer to Scott Douglas and "Web Site" refers to
http://teprofits.com.
This sets forth our policy with regard to the use of "Spam" marketing techniques in connection with Internet Marketing. In the event that we deem you to be in violation of these policies, we shall immediately revoke your rights and close any active account.
We have a strict policy against spamming. We forbid the sending of unsolicited mass Emails or unsolicited Emails of any kind in connection with the
marketing of our programs, products and services.
We reserve the right to terminate your account and participation in our programs "for cause" if we deem you to be in violation of our anti-spamming
policies. We also reserve the right to suspend your account and participation pending review upon receipt of any complaint or other evidence that you may be
engaging in any spamming activity.
We consider spamming to be any activity whereby you directly or indirectly transmit email messages to any email address that has not solicited such email
and does not consent to such transmission. We also consider spamming to constitute posting advertisements in newsgroups in violation of the terms of
participation in such newsgroup, that are off topic, or in newsgroups that do not specifically permit advertisements. We also consider it spamming when
advertisements are placed on message boards or in chat rooms when they are not permitted by the terms of participation in such message boards and chat
rooms.
If you are "spammed" by anyone regarding our products, services, web site, or any other matters, please report this activity to Scott Douglas by email at
admin@teprofits.com or by using our Contact Us form on this site.
The following are grounds for termination of your account:
- To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list. If this does not make sense to you, then do not include
promotions for TE Profits in emails.
- To falsify user information provided to TE Profits or to other users of the service in connection with TE Profits, or any of it's other sites.
- To use the TE Profits name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.
Do NOT promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.
TE Profits considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who
often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by TE Profits terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of
these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.
Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit TE Profits actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.
TE Profits reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without
limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.
In addition, TE Profits reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.
We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to
civil and criminal prosecution.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We may also make changes to these rules, regulations, and policies at any time.
